Our attempt at something close to Alaskan Smoked Porter. The Alder Wood Smoked 2-Row we use is somewhat earthy and wonderful with the mix of Crystal and Black Patent Malts. A unique and flavorful experience as well as the latest addition to our line of smoked beers. You won't find our custom smoked malts anywhere else in the world


Ingredients:

6 lbs Pale Dried Malt Extract
2 lbs Alder Wood Smoked Malt
1 lb 120L Crystal
.75 lbs Chocolate Malt
4 oz Black Patent Malt
2 oz East Kent Goldings Hops
1 oz Williamette hops
Irish Moss
1 Bottling Sugar
SafeAle S-05 Yeast (American Ale)
