This beer is, as the name implies, a pale american style ale with lots of hops. The water hardner and the dry finishing american ale yeast really accenuate the northern brewer bitterness and let the tettnanger crisp hop nose stand out. A simple to make kit...for the hop lover!

Ingredients:
6 lbs Pale Dried Malt Extract
2 oz Tettnanger pellet hops
2 oz Northern Brewer pellet hops
1 tsp Irish Moss
1 pack Bottling Sugar.
SafAle S-05 Yeast(American Ale)
