Ingredients:
6 lbs Pale Dried Malt Extract
.5 lb Medium English Crystal Malt (~55 L)
.5 lb Dark Crystal Malt (~120 L)
1 lb Honey Malt
.5 lb Chocolate Malt
1 oz Centennial pellet hops
1 oz Mt. Hood Pellet Hops
1 tsp Irish Moss
1 pack Bottling Sugar
SafeAle S-05 American Ale Yeast
