Redhorse Ale is brewed by Sacramento Brewing Company and one of their best! It's reddish color is due to the Roasted Barley, Munich, Crystal and Chocolate Malts. These Malts, combined with the right yeast, leave just enough residual maltiness to balance the generous hop bill. This is our version, changed a little to accommodate some different hops.

Ingredients:
1 lb Medium English Crystal (~55 L)
1/2 lb Munich Malt
.25 lb Chocolate Malt
.25 lb Melanoiden Malt
.15 lbs Roasted Barley
2 oz Amarillo Pellet Hops
2 oz Cascade Pellet Hops
1 Tsp Irish Moss
1 Pack Bottling Sugar

Wyeast 1028 London Ale
White Labs WLP002 English Ale
SafAle S-04 English Ale
