This class is for those that want to explore the ultimate brewing steps of brewing from scratch and kegging.  This class slightly overlaps in time with the beginning class to show advanced wort chilling techniques and sanitation. 

This class will discuss recipe design to style, enzyme activity, hop use and calculations, water control and infusion mashing.  This class will also go over the basics of kegging beer!  Attend this class and demystify the whole all-grain process.  

Taught by our Mash Master, Kevin Pratt, this class lasts about 3 hours and includes lunch.
