The basics of brewing, sanitation, racking and bottling.  We brew a beer right from one of our own kits and go over the whole process of making beer.  We will also show you cool tips and gadgets to make your brewing even more fun!  Somehow, it all makes more sense after you have seen how it is done!  This class lasts about 3 hours.  Lunch is included.  Taught by Kevin Pratt.  Pre-Registration is Required.
