Brewing is easy and fun! Come learn from Zymurgy Columnist, Beth Zangari and Former Queen of Beer, Annie Johnson as they explain both brewing and brewing styles to you.

Both extract and all-grain beers will be made during the class and topics will cover sanitation and fermentation control. This class will last 3 to 4 hours, lunch is included.
