Beer Kit Pacific Palisades Pale Ale

A smooth American Style Pale Ale, using a relatively new US hop variety, Palisades.  Relatively high in alpha acid, it is a great all-purpose hop with good bittering qualities and great flavor and aroma characteristics (think citrus).  We added a little CaraMunich Malt for some additional color and sweetness…this is a different and great Pale Ale….( see detailed description on optional tab for list of ingredients)

Kit pricing defaults to extract with dry yeast option.  Pricing will change based on malt and yeast options.
