Redhorse Ale, brewed by Sacramento Brewing Company, is one of their best! Its reddish color is due to the Roasted Barley, Munich, Crystal and Chocolate Malts. These malts, combined with the right yeast, leave just enough residual maltiness to balance the generous hop bill. This is our version, changed a little to accommodate some different hops.
