Belgian Brewing with Mike Mraz, Sierra Nevada's 2008 California State Home Brewer of the Year!

Come Join us for a full day of Belgian Brewing fun. It will start with Mike discussing Belgian Beer Styles, their ingredients and specifically, the wonderful yeasts. He will also share his unique method of creating super viable yeast starters. He will then brew a Belgian Blonde and Golden Strong on the Brewmeister, 20 gallon Brew Sculpture. Should be a great day. It starts at 11 am, and will go a good portion of the day. Class includes in lunch and some samples.
