This class is for those that want to explore the ultimate brewing steps of brewing from scratch. This class will discuss recipe design to style, enzyme activity, hop use and calculations, water control and infusion mashing. 10 am - 1 pm pm. Lunch is provided.
An all-women's brewing class to highlight the upcoming Queen of Beer Competition. Brewing is easy and fun! Both extract and all-grain beers will be made during the class and topics will cover sanitation and fermentation control.
