Regular Classes

Beginner's Class: The basics of brewing, sanitation, racking and bottling. We brew a beer right from one of our own kits and go over the whole process of making beer. We will also show you cool tips and gadgets to make your brewing even more fun! Somehow, it all makes more sense after you have seen how it is done! This class lasts about 3 hours.
Intermediate Brewing: Learn more about grain and hops and while a partial mash beer is created. This course will cover recipe design, fusing extract with a partial mash and how to ramp up your beer's overall quality. This class lasts about 3 hours.
All Grain Class: This class is for those that want to explore the ultimate brewing steps of brewing from scratch and kegging. This class slightly overlaps in time with the beginning class to show advanced wort chilling techniques and sanitation. This class will discuss recipe design to style, enzyme activity, hop use and calculations, water control and infusion mashing. This class will also go over the basics of kegging beer! Attend this class and demystify the whole all-grain process. This class lasts about 3 hours.

Special Classes

Women's Brewing Day: An all-women's brewing class to highlight the upcoming Queen of Beer Competition. Brewing is easy and fun!
